Terms and Conditions – English Summary

Full English Language Version Prevails.

With respect to anything you read provided by Superloop WiFi in a Language other than English, you acknowledge and agree that any translation from the English language versions is provided to you for your information only and that the English language versions will be the only binding versions which will govern your relationship with Superloop WiFi.

In the event of any contradiction between the English language version and a translated version, the English language version shall prevail.

Superloop WiFi does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of information in any language other than English and any person using or relying upon such do so at their own risk.

Superloop WiFi does not accept responsibility or liability whatsoever for the translated content, or for any errors or omissions contained therein.

Agreement

By using the service, you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions.

If you do something bad, especially if it harms the network or another user, your service might be suspended or cancelled. In which case, you will not be entitled to any refund.

If you damage any equipment, you might have to pay for it.

Product Selection

Access is generally sold to you on a month by month basis. Each package includes a data entitlement which allows a certain amount of data (Internet Usage) to be sent and received. If you run out of data you may need to buy more or your speed might slow down.

Data allowances that are provided includes counting of data sent and data received.
In some cases purchasing bulk months in advance might get you a discount.
Customers must use their own judgement to determine which product is best for them.

Refunds

We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

If your service is unavailable for an unreasonable period of time or faulty we may provide a refund or credit your Superloop WiFi account with additional time/data quota.

Payments

Services must be paid for in advance using Credit Card or PayPal.

Taxes

Australian “Goods & Services Tax” (GST) is already included in the price.

Privacy

Superloop WiFi takes the privacy of all its clients and website users very seriously and takes great care to protect your information.

Superloop WiFi might use its interception capabilities to monitor and/or capture data transmitted over the network for the purpose of law enforcement.

Filtering

Superloop WiFi does not provide a firewall to protect your devices.
The Internet contains material that might not be suitable for some customers to view,

Superloop WiFi may provide some filtering, but is by no means able to block all inappropriate content.

Laws

You must abide by Australian laws. For example you must not resell the service. You cannot share your account with another person unless you share the rent with them for your dwelling. In other words if you pay rent or board separately, then you need a separate Internet account.

Availability

Superloop WiFi will attempt to provide the service continuously. It is likely that the service might be unusable under some circumstances beyond our control such as extended power failures, line cuts, flood, fire etc.

Acceptable Use

You must not use the service to break laws, cause harm or interfere with other users. For more information see the full Acceptable Use Policy

Changes

The Terms and Conditions and other policies can be changed at any time without notice.

Sundry Charges

Charges apply if we provide unique data or perform unique services for you at your request. We are not obliged to respond to unique requests for data or services although we will tell you our reasons for not doing so.
Charges apply to all requests for refunds. Data is not refundable or transferable.
Minimum charge for any unique request is $25 including GST.

English Language Technical Support / 24x7 Help-Desk

The help desk operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week except major public holidays. The help-desk is provided only in English language using any of the following methods.
